UK Mainland only
All goods in stock are despatched, Monday to Friday, with delivery by our couriers and are guaranteed to be delivered before 12 Noon, if ordered before 4pm! Unlike our competitors, we know that you don't want to have to wait in all day for your parcel to arrive! Smaller packages such as accessories are delivered by the Royal Mail with Recorded or Special Delivery at our discretion. N.B. Please note that many mobile phones do require a credit check and proofs of identification before despatch can be made. Guaranteed delivery is only once these criteria have been met and is subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries
Saturday Deliveries are usually handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery and while 95% of packages are ok, this is not a guaranteed service. We can guarantee Saturday deliveries if required, but customers are warned that this can be very costly. A charge of £25 would not be unusual! Specific prices are available on request.

Collections
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, customers are welcome to collect goods from any of our premises. Customers purchasing goods are strongly advised to fax an application form in advance on 0870 432 5688 to prevent possible delays with the authorisation process.
